WARRANTY & REFUNDS

WARRANTY

Computers sold by ArcadiaCustoms are covered for 90 days after the date of sale by a Service Warranty. This warranty includes the option at the buyer’s request for one reasonable attempt to be made at diagnosis and/or repair of the purchased PC by the seller in the event of unexpected issues. Additional attempts at diagnosis and repair may be made at the seller’s discretion.

This limited Standard Warranty covers only the original software and original hardware that was installed in the System by ArcadiaCustoms

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

It is important to note that our quality guarantee and warranty is unable to cover damage or faults due to the following, but not limited to, instances:​​

  • Physical damage due to liquids damage, accidental drop, negligence, or any other conceivable source of physical damage. 

  • Damage caused by your own DIY addition/removal/modification to the original system components.

  • Damage caused by the improper or incorrect use of software, improper overclocking or overvolting, modifications of BIOS settings or PC firmware.

  • The Standard Warranty will be voided if the original serial number on the System or components is invalid or removed, whether unintentionally or intentionally.

Warranty becomes expired and therefore VOID when 90 days have elapsed following the original date of sale.

REFUNDS

ArcadiaCustoms offers a 30-day defective exchange on most products. 

Returns for refunds must include complete original packaging and contents, including accessories, manuals, software, and any gifts or codes from the initial purchase. All items must be in original, re-salable condition including original software and operating system and accompanied by the original invoice.  Incomplete or physically damaged products will not be accepted. Refunds will be processed onto the original payment method, excluding shipping and handling fees if applicable.
